At the TEEAL Project, one of our top priorities is to continually reach out to countries eligible for TEEAL support but where our presence may not be the most voluminous. One country that we at the TEEAL Project have especially worked to revitalize our connection with recently is Bangladesh.

With the assistance of International Programs of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (IP/CALS) here at Cornell University, TEEAL has been introduced to the Ministry of Bangladesh. During a recent trip to Bangladesh, Ronnie Coffman, Director of CALS International Programs, gifted a copy of TEEAL to Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina; furthermore, the set will be designated to a portion of the ministry where the need is considered highest, thus ensuring that personnel within the ministry and applicable researchers are able to utilize TEEAL as a resource in their ever-evolving initiatives.
