Partner in the Spotlight: INASP (International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications)
We'd like to update our details regarding our partners at INASP, which, like TEEAL, focuses on strengthening research in low-income countries through providing access to scholarly material and other programs. Specifically, what is this TEEAL partner, INASP, doing to build research capacity for sustainable development in low-income countries, in addition to providing access to scholarly journals?
INASP works with a global network of partners to improve access, production and use of research information and knowledge, so that countries are equipped to solve their development challenges. Our work includes a variety of projects (such as AuthorAID, Journals Online and Publishers for Development) and programmes (such as Strengthening Research and Knowledge Systems). Through these, we aim to strengthen the availability, access and uptake of international research information by researchers in developing countries and the production, quality, dissemination and access of research outputs from researchers in those same countries.
